Slash Skill

This skill determines your chances to hit with slashing weapons,
such as longer swords, axes, etc.  Slashing weapons require a
different style of attack than do bludgeoning weapons or piercing
weapons.  Your proficiency at the slash skill depends on your
strength.

Sneak Skill

This command allows you to move around the world without being noticed by
most creatures. When you use this command there is a chance that you will
successfully sneak. Once in effect it will last a little while. There is no
way to know if you are actually sneaking.

Spectral Rage Spell

Mana Cost : 45                Target    : corpse
Save      : Versus Spell for half damage
Effect    : Releases a spooky ghost

Using a corpse in the room or in the player's inventory, this spell will summon a spirit from the corpse.  Once the spirit is unleashed, it will attack all creatures in the room not in the caster's group.  It is a fairly powerful spell and the spirit has a chance to land a critical strike for additional damage.  This spell can only be cast once per corpse and cannot be cast on certain types of corpses.

    Usage:

    cast 'spectral rage' <corpse>

    Example:

    cast 'spectral rage' corpse

Stealth Skill

This skill is a measure of how well you can avoid notice, perform
sleight-of-hand, and conversely observe details that others would miss.
It is based on DEXTERITY, which is a measure of your natural agility,
coordination, and flexibility.  It currently has no effect on its own,
though it does lead to thief-type skills such as sneak, hide, backstab,
etc.

Stomp Skill

Much like kick, stomping is delivering a boot (or elbow or knee) to a downed
opponent.  The easiest way to down an opponent, is to have a member of your
group bash 'em.

    Usage:

    stomp <victim>

    Example:

    stomp <?= %randPlayer() ?>

Suggest Spell

Mana Cost : 35                Target    : victim
Save      : Special
Effect    :

This spell attempts to entice the victim to do any command you specify. It has
limitations similar to charm monster, but it's advantage is that it is a much
more subtle spell.  If the victim fails his save, then he does the command
specified.  If he makes his save, then he has to make another saving throw.
If he fails the second saving throw, he will not realize that you were
attempting to influence him. The victim has to succeed on two consecutive
saving throws in order to realize you are attempting to influence him and
get angry.

Example:
> cast 'suggest' thief steal gold policeman

Summon Spell

Mana Cost : 50                Target    : victim
Save      : Special - see below
Effect    : Call forth creatures from across great distances

Will summon a person or creature of the name spoken.  If you try to summon a
non-player character, the creature gets a chance to resist the spell.  If the
creature is hostile and resists, it may try to draw upon the magical link to
pull YOU through to IT.  If you then fail your save, you will go to the
creature!  This spell will also aggravate any NPCs, since they don't like to be
yanked around against their will.

If used on a PC, that character has to type "accept" to accept your summons.
The link will remain open for the character to accept until you break
concentration by pushing RETURN.  Note that combat disrupts the spell, so the
target to be summoned cannot accept a summons while fighting.

Also, this spell is very demanding, so you will be unable to act for a short
while after casting it.  It is difficult to summon more powerful foes over long
distances, If you find your target resisting all attempts, you might want to
get a little closer to their location.
