Parry Skill
Usage: style parry
With knowledge of the advanced defensive tactic, parrying, a
warrior can sacrifice a bit of their held weapon's offensive power,
and instead, use it as a defensive tool. Besides increasing your
armor class and making you harder to hit, you will also be able
to completely deflect an attack, before it has a chance to penetrate
your armor.
If you are not being attacked, and have no reason to hold back
for defense, you won't. So you need not stop parrying if a group
member is defending.

Peek Skill
This skill allows you to see what objects other people and creatures
are carrying. Each time you use it you may see a few different objects
that the creature is carrying, more the higher your skill level is. Also,
if the subject is resting, sleeping, or otherwise not paying attention you
have a better chance of seeing what they are carrying. But be careful,
because if you fail there is a chance the person you are looking at will
know you are peeking into their pockets and bags.
This skill relies on DEXTERITY. |

Pierce Skill
This skill determines your chances to hit with piercing weapons,

a different style of attack than do slashing weapons or bludgeoning

Piety Skill
( Clerical Discipline )
This skill is a measure of how pious/religious you are. It is based on
your Wisdom attribute, since wisdom determines how strong- willed you are and
how much of a moral sense you have. This skill affects the power of all
piety-based spells, though it has no other power of its own. However, this
skill is necessary to all priest- type skills and spells, since piety-based
skills are derived from one deity or another, and the more pious you are
towards that deity the stronger the spells it will grant.

Rebirthing your Character
( Reincarnate Reincarnation Reincarnating )
The Worlds of Carnage allows you to take a current character, with which you
are unhappy, and prepare it for rebirth. Once prepared for rebirth, it will
not come back after death. Instead, you must create a new character and make
use of the "[R] Rebirth a Character" option at the main menu. You can ONLY
rebirth a character before you have entered the game with a new character.
If you have enabled rebirth on a character you can disable it by repeating
the same steps you took to enable it. So that this option will not be abused,
you must be at least level 50 and there is a 1/4 experience cost to rebirth.
Finally, the cost of rebirth is tracked and someday may be used for
interesting rebirth options. To complete the process of rebirth... you will
need to die, but there is no penalty incurred for the death.
Usage:
rebirth <yourPassword>
Example:
rebirth sEkReTpAsSwOrd
Pitfalls that some people just don't seem to think about... gold in bank, best
to withdraw it. Equipment and inventory, best not to wear shield of seven
signs... *SHEEEEESH*
