Races
( Species )
( creation )
There are various creatures that inhabit the Worlds of Carnage of which a
small group may be chosen by you for your character. The race of a creature
determines to a great deal what it will be good at accomplishing. For instance
gnomes make excellent mages, whereas trolls make better warriors. While there
is no restriction on what you can choose to make of your character, you will
find that it is much more difficult to have it learn a set of skills for which
it is not suited. Such skills will be less powerful and will consume more of
your precious practice points when increasing the potential. The following
races are available for you to play. They are listed along with their racial
minimum and maximum stats.

Re-Issuing Commands (//)
( Reissue Reissuing )
With the game keeping track of your command history it is now possible for
you to repeat a command from an arbitrary position in your history. To repeat
a command you can use the old ! command for the most recent command, or you
can use the new // command.
Usage:
// [<index>]
Example:
//
//5
// 5
Note that if you repeat a command it will be placed in the most recent history
slot. This means you can't keep doing //5 to repeat the same command. However
it does mean you can replay several commands in sequence from your history.

Repair Armour Skill
( armor )
Wear and tear is the bane of any good adventurer. There comes a time (quite
often) when they must decide to discard and replace some piece of armour or
try to repair it. Repairing anything is futile unless one has refined their
skill in armour repair. Unlike weapons repair, armour repair focuses mainly
on the intricacies of protective garments.
