Command Repetition
( Repeating Reps )
Command repetition is not a command per se, but rather a way to quickly
generate multiple commands in succession when supported. For instance if
you want to travel 10 rooms tot he east then you can do the following:
east 10*
Or even shorter if you like:
e 10*
The important part for repetition is that the number of times to repeat
immediately follows the command itself and a * immediately follows the
number. You can use this for many commands (although not all). Following
are some examples:
Examples:
get 5*bread
drop 10* cup
put 25* mushroom in bag
Generally speaking repetition does not work with social commands. For
some commands you can also use "all" instead of a number. So far this
works for the get, put, drop, and give commands.
Examples:
give all* beer <?= %randPlayer() ?>
put all*scroll box

Commune
This telepathic skill allows you to transmit a message to everyone on
the mud.
Example:
commune Hello everyone.
Will send a message saying 'Hello everyone.' to every player in the mud,
if you succeed your skill-check.
NOTE: This telepathic ability is a gift from the gods. Abuse of this
skill will be thus punished by the gods. This skill is not to be used
to transfer in-game information for example:
George communes 'The sheriff has been reloaded.'
This is not allowed. Any mortal caught doing this the first time will
be warned. Any player thus caught a second time can be punished with
a level reduction. This skill is for social use only, please do not
abuse it. Also please refrain from cursing over the commune channel
as this will raise the ire of the players and gods alike. And the gods
are a fickle bunch so be careful. :)

Consider
This command will compare your level with the that of a target creature. You
will then receive a rough estimate, which is by no means exact. Consider does
not take hitpoints, special attacks, or damage into account.
Usage:
consider <target>
Example:
consider <?= %randPlayer() ?>

Craftsmanship Skill
Having skill in craftmanship is indicative of your ability to work with
basic raw materials and mold them into useful shapes and applications. This
skill does not provide any benefit on it's own, but it is a precursor to
many of the craftsmanship related skills. |

Crash
If the game crashes at any time (a rare occurrence these day), don't worry
it will be up again within a few minutes since there is an automatic re-boot
system in place. Additionally, any items or pets you have successfully saved
or rent with will be ready for you when you return.
WOC's rent system makes it impossible to lose any item that you have saved
or rented. For this reason, you will have to have a really good reason for any
immortal to reimburse you. If you just recently got cool equipment then save. Your
equipment will then be saved against a crash. If you die or quit though, your
items are cleared from storage! So you should save again as soon as you get
your equipment back.
Whenever an immortal shuts down or reboots the game, all characters are
automatically saved to protect their items.
