Skills and Spells
Skills and spells are much of what gives your charactor power. There are general skill, which anyone can train. These are few and provide only very basic abilities. There are secondary skills, which may be trained by a primary or secondary dedication, or a Jack of all Trades. These are legion and between them they compose the vast majority of skills. There are also dedicated skills. These, like the general skills, are few, but the ability they bestow is not basic. Only a primary dedication can learn these.
