Parameters-

    Returns 1 if the current day cycle is "daytime"; otherwise 0 is returned. 
    Daytime is defined as the time 1 hour after sunrise till 1 hour before
    sunset.

    Example:

    if( %isDaytime() )
    {
        talk @n Thank god it's daytime, lest the vampires be out!
    }
    endif
