Parameters[string @aspectName]

    When no parameters are given this returns the current hour of the in game
    day. Otherwise if aspectName is set then it returns the apprpriate in game
    time for the given aspectName. The aspectName may be any of the following:

        hour          wday
        day           wdaynum
        month         yday
        monthnum      year
