    Returns the ID of the given character's home location. Character entity
    may be a character pointer or keyword. The ID returned will correspond to
    one of the following hometowns:

        1 - Elkin
        2 - Wikam
        3 - Verona
        4 - Grand Marnier
        5 - Shayol Ghul
        6 - Latvia
        7 - Crete
        8 - Cimmura
