Back to Cythera Locations
Remember that these lists are not all inclusive. The level ranges are generalized. You may be able to kill things in the group above your level range and gain good experience, you also may be able to continue training in the group below your range. It's about personal preference and weighing out what works best for your character.
Levels 1-10
Halls of Lament - 2n, 2e, 2s, u
Directions are from Cythera - Market of the Gargoyle Kill rats, cat-sized rodent, and misc. mobs with first names (use "consider" command first).
Elip Plains - w, 2s
Directions are from Elip - Pot Hole: Kill Cows, birds, and misc. animals (Most mobs will assist the same mob-type).
Lonely Forest - 4s, 5w, n
Directions are from Cythera - Market of the Gargoyle Kill animals and dark figures
Levels 10-20
Little Mono Forest - 6s, 13w, s, 2w, 2s, 2w, w,s,3w, n, w, (open bush), w, 3n, 3w, 3s, 3w, 3s, 14w, s, 8w
Directions from Cythera - Market of the Gargoyle: (These pass through Elip, which is aggro to Trolls, Demons, Zombies, and Vampires) Move 1n (clear Monos west-east direction), 1n, (repeat west-east direction), 1n, etc. Kill crazy, insane, gibbon, & long-haired monos. Additionally mangy monos are on the nothern side and are more challenging because they have headbutt and aggro. Going Up leads to higher level monos and not recommended 'till closer to level 20. Do not go West of the room titled, "Atop a mound of vines," this will do approx. 100-hitpoints of damage when walking that direction.
Levels 30-60
The Mono Forest Tree - 6s, 13w, s, 2w, 2s, 2w, w,s,3w, n, w, (open bush), w, 3n, 3w, 3s, 3w, 3s, 14w, s, 8w, 4n, 5w, u
Directions from Cythera - Market of the Gargoyle: (These pass through Elip, which is aggro to Trolls, Demons, Zombies, and Vampires) After going up, it is advised to stay on this level or above (On the west side of the tree their is a down spot that goes down to Savage monos which can move and thus can be found in groups assisting doing a lot of damage). At the top of the tree is the Chief Mono, he has the most hps of all monos and summons long-haired and mangy monos to assist him.
Levels 25-60
Ocean South of Mono - 6s, 13w, s, 2w, 2s, 2w, w,s,3w, n, w, (open bush), w, 3n, 3w, 3s, 3w, 3s, 14w, s, 8w, 2s
Directions from Cythera - Market of the Gargoyle: (These pass through Elip, which is aggro to Trolls, Demons, Zombies, and Vampires) This ocean contains many creatures worth good experience including swordfish, octopus', whales, water elementals, etc. Many assist same name mobs and additional mobs. Protection from evil spell helps prevent many aggro monsters from attacking, additonally invisibility will also protect adventurers. As you progress west you will find the higher level mobs, while east direction contains lower level mobs. When finished on the Ocean head north to the Main road (if instead you see Savage monos in the grasslands, go south to ocean and many east, then north to the main road). The Main road will take you safely back east towards Elip.
