Vlir is the Marietta Mangler and a Supreme Being of Reckoning.
He has solved many difficult quests and can do so without assistance. He has conquered Blood Storm, Devil's Isle, Balzic the dragon, the Shayol-Ghul greater demon, Narwayk Pyramid, the River Styxx quest, and the might Chief Sachem to name a few. There is no monster he cannot kill, if it bleeds it dies!
Those who know him by name know would not dare cross him and those who don't will soon discover this for themselves.
Rumors tell that his services can be bartered - but the price no one knows.
