A Shaman can learn the art of casting "boons" on themselves. There are a variety of Boons.


Boon of the Bull: 45 mana

Boon of the Bull causes the shaman's consititution to increase considerably in addition to a hitpoints bonus.

Boon of the Eagle: 35 mana

With the Boon of the Eagle in effect a shaman will be able to detect invisible creatures and sense hidden life forms.

Boon of the Elk: 30 mana

With the Boon of the Elk a shaman can improve their dexterity and travel distance.

Boon of the Horse: 45 mana

Boon of the Horse causes the shaman's strength to increase considerably in addition to a hitpoints bonus. Note: Boon of the Horse can only be learned by a primary class Shaman, not by a minor dedication Shaman.

Boon of the Tiger: 40 mana

With Boon of the Tiger the shaman can inflict more damage more often while engaged in combat.

Boon of the Turtle: 25 mana

With the Boon of the Turtle a shaman can improve their armour and thus their ability to withstand damage.

Boon of the Wolf: 35 mana

With the Boon of the Wolf a shaman will deal slightly more damage and hit a little more often. Additionally they gain infravision and better vision in the dark.
