    Returns the name of the room, character, or object. If the entity is a
    room then the name will be returned unchanged. If the entity is a
    character or object then the name will be returned with any leading "a",
    "an", and "the" trimmed. The entity may be a room vnum, room pointer,
    character pointer, object pointer, or a keyword for a character or object.
