To capitalize titles properly, it is usually best not to use all caps. Instead, begin each major word in the title with a capital letter, leaving shorter words--meaning fewer than four-letters-- uncapitalized. Exceptions to the short word rule are the first and last words of the title, all verbs and the pronoun "I." For proper title format, always capitalize these words.
