just a thought. I was thinking if mebbe orcs' gains of pracs can be as much as the other normal races. Their stats arent as great as trolls, they dont regen as fast as trolls and they dont gain hp as much as trolls. I know they gain less becos they regen 1.25 faster but other races also hav their own benefits. Mebbe more orcs wud be around if these penalty was gone. what do you guys think?

Orcs fall between troll and human for both hp gains, regen, and pracs. By virtue of the falling-betweeness rule, they are already as balanced as humans and trolls.
