May have been suggested before... Shaman or necro area effect insanity style spell that is sustained until any other action/move/command is performed by the instigator... i.e. they just keep on wailing, but loose reasonably high MVs per round due to the effort expended (so it doesn't go on for an excessive period and overall max damage is bounded). As well as insanity style side effects, spell has a PWORD kill effect, killing mobs lower than Y remaining HP, checked per round, and draining a reasonable Z HP per round from everyone who is not within the group. Would be really interesting if it also had a multi-room effect, diminishing quickly in % likelyhood of being affected by spell elements and the loss of HP (i.e. the closer you get, the more impact the wail might have on you). As the spell is purely sound based, I'm not sure that sanctuary/armour buffs should offer much resistance... Cast prior to combat being initiated.
