Mabey a spell to recharge staves?

cyth used to have this skill. u can recharge a staff providing u hav the spell that the staff uses. i like this skill.

How about a recharge for people as well..

I noticed channel was removed, but how about a cleric / shaman / druid spell that could transfer mana to another person.

Maybe 25 MA cost gives 50-100 MA to someone else? Other casters would naturally be able to benefit from the recharge more because they are adept in the ways of magic.
