I think it would be nice to see a group sanctuary skill, at the minimum for dedicated clerics, but perhaps for cleric/cleric only. Proposed mana cost of 150...more than the cost of 2 regular sancts.
Also in the same line...a group heal spell possibly for cleric/cleric only as well. Mana cost of 125?
However, from a balance point of a view, one cleric spending 150 mana and being able to sanc a whole ton of players (4? 6? 9?) that are grouped, it doesn't work out.
Perhaps a group sanc spell where you spend 100-120 manna per 2 people in your group, and if it's an odd number, it rounds up - would be more immune to abuse. Maybe min 3 players (ya, lets elminate NPC followers) so it's good for big groups, but the small parties can't benefit all THAT much from it. (2x120-240, current 3x75= 225 ... so four in the group is where the benefit shines through).
Would also need to add functionality to the skill where the caster types something like:
cast sanctuary grael luz
... to ensure the desired targets are hit.
As for Group Heal - is this group heal? group major heal? group rebirth? All of the above?
Maybe that lazy portal IMM will think about it when he's done that other work.

limit it to 3... if u cast group sanc costing 150 mana only 3 targets will get it first 3 on group list, same for group major costing 220 mana
