Is there any intelligence modding eq for the wrist, or held/wielded,on the body (not about the body), on the legs, or on the feet?. If there is , it would be greatley appreciated if i could be informed of such.

Theres some + int eq that can be found in the midway. a bow tie, a hat, a suit i believe

There is also a rose on cythera that you can hold.

I doubt you're still looking, but there are +int neck from black mist quest (vang), & devils cloak from the isle, the +int rose is the one in the briar patch by mono tree, and staff of terror from bloodstorm. that's what comes to mind.
