Had three different chars ask me the same question this week, so quick post in case other people need to find it... Dual wield is taught on the Carnage continent by three combat focused trainers, William in Latvia, Earl in Makador and the Weapons Master in Gratien (probably more out there, but these are some of the most commonly used for me). If you're coming off the boat into Latvia, William is medium level mob and can sometimes be dead. The Earl is sometimes a pain as he often wanders around inspecting the dungeon and even locks himself in his room. Weapons master is fixed in his abode and teaches some other very useful warrior skills...
