Formatting essentially.

The layout of your resume is extremely important. People won't even bother with the content if they dislike the format.

Well, the formating might look wierd on here cause I just copied and pasted from word cause I couldnt post the word doc itself. And as with most things in life, different employeers looks for different things in a resume. Mine works for what I do in life, everyone elses is different for what they do
