Step just outside the southern gate of Cythera and head west, and you will find a path to a lonley forrest. There you will find many small mice, and little black bugs. Continuing on the path to the west and north, you will also find a poppy patch. You may also find some crows hunting for bugs, that will provide a little more of a challenge. I hear there is a packrat in the area, as well, hording anything it can get its grubby little hands on.
