a shaman spell that wud allow him to teleport himself and his group to someplace random (anyplace in mud even where he hasnt gone to unlike teleport)

No can do, that's a game breaker since many quests are locked down by where you've gained access. For instance, Astral would be much more trivial if you didn't need to do the elements. Similarly some quests leave treasure on the ground in a treasure room or vault.

Well how about a group teleport, same as teleport but you can bring your group?
