This sounds far-fetched but I like the idea: A skill where you can tattoo runes of power on yourself, magically enchant them to have specific effects, kinda like casting spells.

tattoo wud disappear once spell wears off. I think though that effects that tattoes wud give wud prolly be similar to old cyth's shaman spells. Mebbe we can just have those old shaman spells back

What Cythera Shaman spells?

i cant recall most of em but there were 'boon of the tiger", 'boon of the wolf', etc... I got a log of em sumwhere. They had lotsa spells wherein u get bonuses on damroll, hitroll, regen and saves.
