A specialized form of kick for a ranger - must have skill kick as a prerequisite

Allows the ranger to kick up dirt into the eyes of the victem, temporarilly blinding them. Ranger must be in a room that could contain dirt on the ground before using the skill - either in the outdoors or if a clod of dirt is on the ground (cannot work in the water for example)
