In the help file for dispel magic, it says for the target "victim or object". I have not been able to target an object at all. I think that it would be a nice thing if we could dispel magic on objects. What do other people think? |

Im not sure but I think in the distant past worked that way. Yeah I agree it could be done on objects exept weapons to avoid gettin a perfect enchant with just 1 sword. To remove invis or curses or whatever. |

It was a typo. You will NEVER be able to dispel enchants since it's obvious that's what you want it for. If you want a perfect enchant... perform the question as many times as it takes to get a fresh weapon and finally get the enchant you want. It is intentional that you can't disenchant a weapon, otherwise getting perfect enchants would be as simple as running a bot overnight to keep enchanting and disenchanting a weapon. Great weapons are supposed to be rare.
I think that it would be a nice thing if we could dispel magic on objects. What do other people think? |
