some posts were too long so i actually didnt get to read em all. I think we need a skill or mebbe modify 'target' command so we can hit people on back rows only when fighting has been engaged. Mebbe there can be saves vs being targetted when yer in back rows since this i think is one of the biggest problems we have atm with pkilling (not that i pkill but i experienced this during glad mode the other day).

As was said previously, this will become a non issue with future skills. Warriors currently hae ground smash which penetrates rows. Paladins have hand of God, and casters generally have long ranged spells. Thieves have throw for which mileage varies depending on if they know what they're doing :lol:

I think animate corpse should be a dedicated only skill if it isnt already. It is just waaaay too powerful.

The Problem with Rows, is that you can't "flank" and you can't flee and return from the opposite direction and be behind your enemies front lines.
Whenever you enter the room whomever you choose to attack you are considered to be front-forward-facing.

Yeah, tis somewhat problematic. I'm sure we'll see a solution one of these fine days *heheh*.
