During the war between the armies of the Dark Lord and the forces of good led by the great warrior Grael and the holy paladin Kalidor, some troll clans residing within Shayol guhl decided to leave their barbaric kins and searched for a more peaceful place. About 50 troll men, women and offsprings marched out of their homes and wandered about the land in search of a new home. Finally reaching a magical forest, they found a vast golden tower in the center of the enchanted forest. A powerful gnome called Mythos the master of magicks and master of the magical tower welcomed the troll exiles which were now reduced to less than half of their original number. The trolls worked hard and served the master mage in exchange for shelter, food and protection from the outside world. Inside the Golden Tower was where Gobo was born. Growing up under the tutelage of Mythos, magic became second nature to him. When he was big and powerful enough to defend himself, Mythos advised him to wander the worlds of carnage to hone his magical skills. Since then Gobo has walked the lands practicing and perfecting his spells. |
