I dont understand. I see the "build" section on the website, but can anyone build?

Anyone can check out the Silver Tower area through the build link on the web site.

To be able to build you must come up with and idea and have it approved by Blobbie. He then sets up a sequence of ID numbers for you to use to build objects, mobs, rooms, zones and shops. Once that is done he gives access to that part of the web site and you're on your way.
