Eventually we are gonna try to kill this dragon so keep it in mind for the future. Rumor says theres some kick ass rewards there. Dream team in the future for this would be
5 high level warriors or mages/warriors
3 high level clerics

I have a high level cleric, and a decent sized warrior. Also have a big-ish Necro if required.

Ok Need to discuss various aproaches on how to kill this mean dragon.

Currently Genesis and I are working on gettin me ground smash to a decent %.That will help our group I think to some degree.

Also, get black potions in case u need to recall during fight.

I think best way to kill him is have 2 clerics outside or 1 doin rebirths/sanc and regening while fighters take a chance on it.

Also a necro wouldnt hurt that has deadly poison, also we could insanity, poison, sick, weaken balzic and of course blind.

deaths door is other option with a big tank, let him take a ton of rounds the rebirth flee and regen again for round 2.

Since Balzic is dragon he cant be headbutted so bash/stomp combo could work but also need to decide who does what. So we dont trip each other off.

Another thing is rescue, We find useful to scream at least 3times or yodel so people can have time to rescue, remember its a prelag skill.

What do you guys think would be useful and what other preparations you think we need to put into consideration?

We definitely will need one necromancer for deadly poison, sickness etc. and of course for corpse walk if some unlucky adventurer dies. I also would like to hav a mage around, mebbe Murton or juba, who can soul strike the balzics ass.

What other prizes have you guys heard of that makes killing this guy worth it?

One other thing.

The Necromancer I know has been told by Blobbie to test out deadly poison and poison gas so he can tweak it accordingly. Should probably test deadly poison prior to relying on it's effects vs a beast like Balzic. At 200 mana a pop, if it doens't act like it was designed/intended, it may not be much use.

I am level 62 mage, 80 int. Now i know i am 3 levels behind what you were thinking, but my ss does a little over 300 damage. i got at least 10 of em in me. So keep me in mind.
