A special trigger type to facilitate mass assignment of existing triggers
    to an alternate entity than the one for which they are defined. For
    instance, a combat behaviour could be implemented on mob A and assigned to
    mob B, C, D, etc.

    Assignments are made as one assignment per line with the following
    structure:

    Additionally, multiple assignments can be made in a single statement when
    the vnums are sequential:

    The following illustrates these as actual declarations:

        room:155000:arenaDeath -> room:155001-155199
        mob:100165:customCombat -> mob:172051
        mob:100165:customCombat -> mob:172057

    This is especially powerful since assignment declarations don't need to
    belong to either the source or target area. The assignment system is also
    area reload safe (regardless of which area is reloaded -- the assigner,
    the source, or the target).
